New sub here. Been in SN on and off for a few years. Every time I start I ask myself why dont’t I do this every day? I love it. I do wonder if there are those who are wildly animated in the workout like me. I see your feet are very planted and your form is rigid. Perhaps why you are shredded. Anyhow I feel as if I was to record myself I would look like a gorilla on meth who has not slept in 3 days and can’t stop flailing. But in my head I feel I am doing a graceful Kung Fu dance channeling my inner crouching tiger Hidden dragon with a snake crane secret. Either way I make it far more acrobatic. Squats are lower and the tall triangles are a one legged karate kid thing. The triangles that repeat are low squat to a power jump at its opening. Straight triangles are a jumping jack. Dual balls that force a turn to new portal are a knee raise with torquing strike. Most moves are high knees stomping and bouncing. Boxing Those ying yangs balls are a high jumping knee or jump kick. My feet never stay on the ground unless boxing and even then it’s pretty bouncy. Anyhow I like your content and thank you.

That sounds like quite the show, James, I'd love to see a sample of your animated workouts. Sounds like fun. I find that keeping my feet grounded gives me the best leverage for hitting with power and correct form, and less flailing. Everyone's got a style I suppose, haha. Nowadays I do SN only once or twice a week ,and then a couple of strength workouts, I try for a run per week, and mobility exercises. That has been working for me for the past couple of months, and I see definite improvement in strength, and muscle definition. A little weight loss, too, not too drastic. Thanks for watching and sharing your moves!
