There is a similar product that can be powered by battery for only $139 versus $259 for J. Rockett Audio. What benefits might this product have? I know that it is not isolated, but I am not interested in that, I am only interested in the amount of noise.

Hey! It's hard to say... I don't know the product that you're referring to. That said, J. Rockett do really high-quality stuff-so I expect that their pricing reflects that. I've had no issues with the Juice Bar whatsoever, so I can definitely recommend it. But, as you say, it would be interesting to compare this against some other cheaper options ; )
