Since it’s in the cloud, no need for you to backup. Others in your tenant should be able to access. To use, click on settings and then channels. Here you can use on your websites, in Teams, on Facebook, etc.

Very interesting, thanks. Did you set the chatbot wrong or isn't analitics working? I ask because in the video resolution was at 0% and abandon was at 100%, even if you did respond to open hours queries and feedback. About the feedback it would have been interesting to see how you include the sctual feedback in the spread sheet or access it in the chatbot.

For analytics, I didn’t wait for any actual data to flow in, so that’s likely why the metrics look a little janky. There’s an entity that captures the verbatim response the user provides. You can use this to capture feedback. 👍

Hi, it was a very helpful video... 1 query tho, when the visitor fills in the name and email ID, before entering the data into Excel it is asking to login after logging as asks to connect to that Excel file... once connected it gives a token number sort of thing and when we use that token in chatbot it then adds to that excel... any way to avoid it without logging and connecting... I have used auth manually with aadv2, as the first option of no auth does not allow me to publish... thanks

@Kevin Stratvert I have successfully implemented a chatbot using Direct Line, and within the web chat interface, I have integrated a 'Home' button. Now, I am calling a trigger (Dashboard_trigger) that I created in Bot Composer when the user clicks on the 'Home' button. Is it feasible to achieve this functionality?

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the video! Suggested actions/hero card/adaptive card do not work on WhatsApp. Is there any way where I can show a menu with clickable options on Whatsapp using Power Virtual Agent? Little background - . I configured account and channel on customer service admin app and added the callback url from the channel on to Twilio webhooks. Then I published my virtual agent and configured agent transfer. Then added the bot to the workstream queue.

Thanks Kevin. Can you help me on the store hours for a more complex scenario? I am building a bot for bank branches. It has thousands of branches across the country. When a customer asking for "Opening Hours", the bot needs to ask back "Where are you located", waiting for user provide a post code or suburb name. If there is a match, then the bot needs to return all the branches in that suburb. If it doesn't have a branch in that suburb, it needs to provide a nearby branch. How do I provide a list of all branches, suburb and postcodes? Also how would the bot work out the nearby branches when there is no direct match?

Power automate can take care of that… similar to the spreadsheet example. Just look for a connector for the app you need to connect with (eg SQL Server).
