Interesting video, I lost power for 24hrs and my Mom 48hrs. Do you think this could work ok on a Prime? 10 % a day on your IONIQ 5 is what on a PRIME 20-25%?

transfer switch in Canada is a scam! There is no need to isolate the panel neutral from the generator neutral, as long as the 2 grid hots are disconnected at the panel, the panel will NOT feed anything into the grid through the neutral since the circuit is NOT complete! a breaker interlock must be legal in Canada, since it is completely legal in the USA and the USA NEC standard is superior to the Canada EC standard, but I don't understand the lame reason the Canadian authorities have for not allowing breaker interlocks: they say IF the panel cover is removed THEN the breaker interlock becomes useless, but the whole idea of breaker interlock is to prevent accidental back feeding! but if someone intentionally back feeding the grid CAN do it ANYWAYS! all they need is an OUTLET! someone opening the panel cover better know what they are doing so cannot back feed the grid accidently. Canadians codes are outdated and ridiculous! must be changed to match the USA NEC standard.
