This is great. Is there a way to have a display for a given room to show any upcoming meetings? Basically to have outside a conference room

Yes you can do, Meeting data we are storing in database so you can filter the data by date and room. We can not directly showcase meetings from calendar because we don't have direct access to the room calendar. This is the reason to use database to store the details

Meeting created are in UTC format, you have to do this manually by setting offset & add/remove hours from UTC. Have a look at this - community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=6436a204-13c9-4496-8f0d-8f85ae920a73

Thank you for sharing, The app UI and UX are on point. Well done, In the video, you said we should run the Flow once and the data will be added to the tables. However, this is the error I am getting when I run it. The input body for trigger 'manual' of type 'Request' did not match its schema definition. Error details: 'Required properties are missing from object: Location.'. What could the issue be? I did enable my location

Here, we are getting data from admin center where you created Rooms under resources... While creating a new room, you have to specify room name, email and a location. here location is not your/device location, it is something that you put when creating a new room. Definitely! Will plan this for upcoming videos. Concept will be same for any data source, In this app, I used Dataverse so If you are looking for SP list, then same list structure will be there for SP as we have in Dataverse.

How to show all meeting booked against each room based on date for Admin to overview ? And also how to cancel and reschedule?

You can store the meeting details like name, dates, organizer in backend. Take a date & time control and filter the data from backend and display in powerapps. For Cancel - learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#delete-event-(v2) For Reschedule (Update) - learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#update-event-(v4)

Can we use databricks at data source for this app.How do we use databricks as data source ?

I wasn't very familiar with Databricks, but after reading some blogs, I found that Databricks connection to PowerApps can be done using connectors.

we are unable to get the time dropdown for the same day.. as of this time its 4.51 PM but for today start time and end time is not showing, however for tomorrow its showing. Please advise how to book room for today at 5 PM

I think you are importing package in canvas app. File I provided on GitHub is a solution file, not the app pkg. You need to go to "Solutions" and then "Import" it.
