Would have rather seen you do a better job of the frame rail. Welding it on to the existing rails as you have done is a no no. OK you linked the front and rear original rails with the tubing for strength but could easily done that with your frame insert. Front end collision and those welded joints will shear.

Are you playing or being serious because Lou has been on TV for the past few years. He reunited with Jared on Car Fix and they recently both left. Before that Lou was being Lou; building cars and making appearances and hrs doing the same now?

He could have just trimmed the frame connector; then to cut the frame up. It could break up.

Wait What??? How do the shock towers get in the way of engine swaps, and equally how is the front end design "just not that good"? And still even further what are you smoking that you think it "doesn't lend itself to performance modifications?? I got to STOP YOU RIGHT THERE!!! Because there were high performance cars built on the 1965 fastback platform that RULED the performance world back in 1965 WHEN these cars were built, and THOSE OPTIONS can still be added today, if you look at the car you need to "copy" which I am talking about the 1965 Shelby Mustang!!! There is literally A FREIGHT TRAIN FULL of parts and add ons you can through at 1964 1/2 to 1972 Mustangs!! And engine swapping isn't as hard as you think given the laundry list of engine swaps that have been done to these same cars over the DECADES this body style has been around!! So unless you have been living on a totally different planet in a far away galaxy some where.....there are and have been more performance parts for the 1965 to 1972 Mustangs that you can find "speed options" for a 1988 Ford Tempo!!! And you'd have to be stupid to make those statements!!!!
@everettgrover94594 ай бұрын
i think it was probably done that way so that he would have what would be called a "pro touring" car now. a car with tons of handling, and big power, and i think also that the engine would be possibly a big block ford, like a 429, or a 427 cobra jet
