I am doing a 2012 Cyclone 3.7L swap into my 1961 unibody project from a Ford Mustang GT. Will this harness work for this swap?

I purchased this body harness package to be used with a 2012 Coyote out of a Mustang GT going into a 2000 F150 regular cab. How can I, or what products available to help me wire into the trucks gauge factory cluster so that I can use the factory interior electronics?

How does this set up work. In my swap, I want to use the entire ac system from donar car, as well as complete audio system, head/tail/dome lights. I intend to use steering from 96 mustang and cj pony rack and pinion conversion kit. will this body harness allow this? Will I need to do anything with the computer to delete steering wheel locks etc?

Any suggestions on getting information on replacing a 2008 GT500 main engine wiring harness? Mine was in an accident (very cold day and got in race with BMW but didn't realize summer perf tires have no traction in cold). The wiring harness was damaged and supposedly replaced by the dealer. The mechanic just wrapped electrical tape around the damaged harness, and the dealer is a jerk who refuses to admit any wrongdoing. I have a new wiring harness and have the old one 1/2 removed. I have all the Ford manuals but no info on replacing the main wiring harness. I can probably figure it out- have so far, but it is a bundle of snakes with multiple connections. It would be easier if I had an idea where all the leads run! I had to remove ECM and disassemble the fuse box, which freed up a lot of space and made it easier to see wiring. My new harness I can also look at to see the branches and connections.

I am almost done with my GT500 not as bad as expected. I now just need to push the car out of the garage so I can open up my mechanic's pit to reach connections on the bottom of the vehicle.

What do i need for a second gen with OEM transmission looking to swap into a 62 fairline
@PowerByTheHourPerformance3 жыл бұрын
Jarrett, for that you would want a Ford Performance control pack. They offer a great system with all that you need. You can find it on our site under engine management.

Is this the 3V plug and play harness that was used on the Barricade Mustang? If not,when is that harness available? Thanks

Very soon. We had to develop a module to handle some signals. Testing is happening now and then into production. So look for updates soon.

@@PowerByTheHourPerformance could you talk more about the module and its expected functions. Specifically, I am looking for a function that triggers the check engine light.

Will this work for a 2005 gt swap ??
@jeremyallison22467 күн бұрын
Want to run a PBH harness for engine and trans. Anyone know if a Get 2 Coyote with 6R80 (for a swap) would require use of the OEM shifter or an aftermarket specialty shifter? I want to keep my stock column mounted cable actuated shifter. Maybe add paddle shifters to supplement? Cutting a hole or using a floor mounted shifter is a non-starter. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Hi, I have 2 questions the PCP-1116 wiring brings the connectors for the oxygen sensors or do I have to buy the PCP-1117?
@PowerByTheHourPerformance4 жыл бұрын
The pcp-1116 does not have any of the connectors found in the manual or auto transmission harness. Since the O2 connectors are part of the transmission harness you will either need an OEM mustang one or our pcp-1117.

I just bought a gen 1 motor that came with pretty much everything except a pcm but it’s a mt82 :(, I plan on swapping everything into my notch but with a 6r80. So essentially I would need this and your guy’s pcp 1117??
@PowerByTheHourPerformance4 жыл бұрын
Yes that is correct. It is also recommended to acquire a gen 1 mustang 6r80 pcm. We have a list on our site that can help you locate one. Just look up our pcm reflash.

Why can’t the 15-17 control pack M-6017-504V be used on f150 engines and is there anything you all offer that would allow me to use an f150 engine?
@PowerByTheHourPerformance4 жыл бұрын
We just released a series of engine harnesses for this exact use. The modified harness allows you to run the gen2 f150 engine with the ford performance gen 2 6r80 or manual control pack. Here is the link pbhperformance.com/product/gen-2-f150-coyote-engine-harness-for-ford-performance-control-pack/
