Would be great if the written instructions included the critical point of the username needing to match what the mgmt card uses, and also give the password requirement rather than making me go look for the documentation. Not sure of character count but I used 13, it appears to require a special and a number

You say "Save and close" but how? I am using PCNS as an appliacne in VMWare. I have no option to save?

?? Your comment doesn't make sense. You're also not saying if you're trying on Windows or Linux. I just followed the Windows instructions super easily, but had to add my domain accounts for Full Access to my APC / PCNS folder before I could save the pcnsconfig.ini file successfully. If you have a problem, please explain it in full, or let us know if you figured it out!

@@ChocoIncognito Not everyone knows the save command in VI, and the instructor completely glanced over that.

So I installed it in esx via the OVF template and don't remember the username/password. Since I can't ssh into the box either, any ideas?

followed instruction and all worked as the video but when I went back to type in password at the powerChute site or Schneider site it says incorrect password...
