How to move the text where you placed it along with the footage as you are editing the footage. Hope you understand what I mean. So in more detail...as I'm editing my videos, I'm adding text but when I go to edit the footage where text was already done, the text stays in the placed where it was first placed and does move with the video...so I then have to go back and move the text where I wanted them from the start. Is that what the "lock" icon does? and do I have to lock both the video and the text?

I would make a suggestion for at least one custom text template. At the end of my videos I like to scroll my credits. I used the existing scrolling "Cast" model and did a basic customization. Now as I use it, I just change fonts to match the nature of my video content, but the words are already in place. I use PD14 still.

U could add a image and just put it below your video and will come into scene. Cyberlink has a ton of arrows on the site. OR would you rather follow the object with the text?

CyberLink programs normally support multiple languages. Check the Preferences window of your product for an option to change the language. maybe need to reboot your computer. When computers run a lot of programs over time the memory slows right down. Doing a reboot gets everything fresh and ready to go.

@@PowerDirectorTutorials I just bought the program. Maybe its a newer version. I was able to figure it out. I highlight the text icon. Then I highlight where I want to" drag" it to. Then they have another button I clicked on that send the box to the desired location. It would be much easier if it allowed me to just drag it. Thanks for your video.
