Wow! This was the greatest healing meditation I think I ever experienced. I choose a HUGE issue that was making me depressed. My relationship with my sister. At 59, I'd just come to realize how much she, not my parents (who have passed on) caused a lot of my sadness, fear and insecurity that I'd been dealing with all my life. Anyway, I let all that "burn away" in my heart. I thought of our children and grandchildren and just wanted this pain gone for all of us.❤ Thank you Christina (and friend) When I clicked on your email and saw the instruments to use during the meditation I was excited. That was the most amazing experience I've ever had in meditation. My body is vibrating so intensely I'm almost in shock. The chills that ran threw my body were so strong and intense. This was excellent. I had the blue flame come to me in a meditation a while ago, and what came through this one was a green flame purifying the energy and starting with a flicker but then becoming a strong flame encompassing all my energy centers and strengthening/expanding the bubble/aura around me. It was a column of fire that went from base to crown, and swirling around my aura was a mix of blue, green, and gold. It was beautiful. It met resistance at the root but still cleared beautifully. It felt like minutes but I didn't think of time much while in the meditation, but I saw the green flame emerge shortly before you asked about the color. So good. Thank you!

This was deep. I felt like gagging, my body even felt like that physically by convulsing, till I expelled something like a fur ball. It was made of all the stories I've told myself, of others actions and opinions, the meaning behind them. I saw golden ray of energy pouring into space from above me. Green grass and white feathers swirling into my energy field. Beautiful. I was told I too am a swan, even if I were a black one. That I found pride in carrying heaviness, as then I was a good girl in my mother's eyes. I saw a childhood memory of bringing water from pond, in two big buckets. I am worthy of release. That I'm safe in a smaller body. Such a beautiful dive into heart space, thank you for guiding me.

yes thank you I had tears all down my face dropped all over chest. I don't cry much . have today off and on . husband left me a couple months ago. we truely love one another so it hurts very bad . I'd give you alot of money for doing this if I had it so great .your wonderful . great job.
