Definitely Team Capes, with some exceptions, i.e. the confessor chest piece looks better without a cape. The Solitude armor set with the Nights Calvary helm has been my new fashion for the dlc. I grabbed the ancient meteoric greatsword last night, I plan on upgrading that today.

Go east towards the river on the map after you beat twin blades boss and then drop down onto the castle from there! Not sure why that part was skipped, pretty lazy.

5:00 - For human enemy NPCs, I find that using blackflame or bloodflame enchanted weapons are your best bet to basically do percentile damage to them, and then bleed them too.

For the star Forge dungeon, there is a second lever just after the gate, much easier to use that to get up to the sword

From the Smithscript Dagger spot, keep progressing the dungeon to get a Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, and the Anvil Hammer colossal weapon. The stone and weapon are at the top of the room, once you lower the cylindrical bridge and walk up there. The Anvil Hammer starts with C str, E dex, E int, and D fai.

I could be wrong but I think the location of the Carian Sorcery Blade can only be reached from the back of the castle and not form inside of it or while doing that castle run on your way to the boss. Just clarifying in case someone else was going crazy trying to find it. Regardless thank you Alex, i can always trust on your videos to get me started on these games, you are goated in my book

thanks this sword was immediately picked up so i could drop mohgs spear. it's a lot like the greatsword but with a really flashy and cool ashe of war. honestly the dash for 10 fp is great since if they are staggered at all you should get a r1 followup if you dont go for the second half of it.

This is one of the only DLC videos I've looked at, and damn Fromsoft is really trying some interesting stuff with these weapons! Passive FP regen is absolutely busted. It's the kind of thing that can only exist in a DLC, never would have passed balancing in the original release. Not complaining lol

Not really "busted", it's only 1FP/second. It's just a crutch tool for PvE to help people get out of a stuck situation (eg. super deep into an area with no flasks left). Basically lets you go afk for 1-2 min and use your FP for something. Almost completely useless in PvP

he was very misleading you need to go past the boss and wrap around the left of the castle then when you meat the water with the headless troll take the left side there will be a drop that leads to the chest

Tbh I found the rapier/catalyst disappointing since it uses the heavy attack to cast instead of the ash of war wich is bad an unchangeable. I also has terrible damage

instructions for the spellsword is a bit bad, searched around the walls found no hidden path Edit: its after the boss fight in scadu west, head west until you reach a cliff and then jump down across the river and then you can reach the top of the walls
