Thank you for your intentions for making this video.🥰 The affirmations seem really wonderful, but I have misophonia and unfortunately it was impossible for me to watch for longer than a few seconds because of the constant mouth smacking (sounds like maybe she had a dry mouth). 😢 If anyone has recommendations for a similar video I would appreciate it very much! 💖
