Love Winutil, one of my favorites always the first I run on a new install. The thing you don't mention is the "save config" you can do and later load it on a new install and have a "preconfigured" system

Any vids / idea / info related to windows 11 install on older unsupported hardware? This will save me tons just on the standard tweaks alone and has a larger and selection than ninite for apps/util.

Use Rufus to disable those requirements while you are writing ISO image on your USB drive ;-)
