I think it is important to note and correct me if I'm wrong, but for those that want to upgrade your gun you will need to upgrade to the K7 unloader as well. As Joe was showing, he is getting 200 psi at the gun with that unloader. The red gun is rated for 350psi max, so if you are using a green spring unloader you will get max pressure at the gun and that is not factoring spike pressure which can jump to 4-5K psi. Great video, Joe!

I just did the math for you to do flow test while pulling soap based on start and stop time of 100 seconds 6:37-8:17 In video. While pulling soap you’re getting about 6.75 gallons per minute (or about 25% less flow) I would say the flow pro definitely works. The funny thing is back a few years ago I suggested this idea on PWRA and people laughed. At the time flopro was not a thing and I was trying to find a company that had an electric ball valve to make one myself. I ended up going with the Schertz box which I don’t regret, especially now that I’m using the AR 45 Way more than the pressure washer. I only recently reinstalled the downstream injector because now I’m using it for neutralizer. I’m also putting my ball valve bypass back in place so that I get full flow when not needing to use the neutralizer. Don’t really want to spend another $600 for something I’m going to rarely use but in hindsight it would’ve been nice to have this option in the first place. Btw, you should reverse the strobe light so that it blinks when you’re pulling soap not when you’re rinsing. It’s more important to know that you’re soaping than if you’re rinsing. Keep up the good work man!

@@powerfulimprovements I freaking love it for myself. Not sure I fully trust it for employees. The internals of the gun feel a little “stiff” over time. I close my ball valve instead of letting off the trigger. There’s been 1 or 2 times that the hose will build more than a safe pressure if I let off the gun too slowly. But for the most part, it’s fantastic.

gas roof pump are very nice indeed. And they also put out much more chem than Joe's pressure washer with the FloPro so the results are very different. @@fpplsoftwashpressurewashin8757 That’s why I think this setup is right up my alley. We focus on residential homes. Most are 4000-7000 sqft and condominium complexes are a small part. Two of these on a rig seems to be a great fit for what we do. I’m highly impressed with the AR’s. I had one on order last year but the timeframe went from 3 weeks to 3 months so I canceled. Somewhat glad it happened because it seems costly to operate and not always a quick fix on repairs. None of that is a big deal for me personally but it seems to be a potential nightmare with employees. I could be wrong as I have zero experience with them.

Put the DN 10 in line on the rig before the hose reel. Having it on the end of the gun just adds unnecessary weight to just once in a while switch over to a surface cleaner or a different gun. Also if you get the smaller 3 to 7 GPM M5 you will get a little more pressure and a little more distance. I just used the blue gun today on my 3500psi machine with a regular pressure trapping unloader and it did just fine. I put a block to keep the trigger from ever shutting off, and cut the gun on/off by using my ball valve. I pit a pressure gauge on and it only built around 80-100psi wide open. What's the issue with a regular unloader?

@@powerfulimprovements got it so your getting 11:1 with the 8gpm using the smallest orfice tip. That’s a major advantage with the flo-pro. When I got my Schertz box (great product, awesome guy, just doesn’t have the full flow feature by design) I didn’t like how slow it was with even the 3-5. For a while I ds using the 5-8gpm orfice and while it was only 18:1 with the sss I liked the flow and even the soap application time better. It was painful to soap with the smaller ones felt like I was back using my old 5gpm machine. Pulling pure sh worked for most jobs and once in a while considered putting my little pump back on to forcefeed the injector for a hotter mix but just dealt with the slow 7gpm 12v. (Which is really 3gpm at best with 200’ of 1/2” hose). We have a lot of stucco out here in Cali plus with doing more commercial jobs really needed the ar. I haven’t ds sh since I got the ar lol. Your doing great though man I’ll keep following your content. Not sure if you watch the pressure washers channel here on yt but that guy is the pinnacle of equipment and knowledge.
