Lol you discovered an Easter egg joe. There’s a real reason why guys are wanting you to take your video down. You can run that gun at 2800 psi all the internals are brass just like your garden hose brass fittings. Air fittings have a 300 psi rating. They are used constantly in the pressure washing industry for 3-4000 psi applications.

Your numbers are better than mine. Set it at 2500psi and still getting about 1700 kick back. That's with the flow pro on bypass, 50' hose, getting about 50'-52' of reach. Flow test was 7gpm @2500

Like surgeons prefer their brands of medical tools and surgical techniques, Exterior cleaners use their tools in combination with an evolving technique. This may or may not change over time. You like the truck mounted stuff and that's cool for you and what you do. Many others do too. Me... I like my portable machines, foam cannons and x-jets. I even keep a few new downstream injectors in my tool box. Like any business owner, I always have a backup procedure in case something breaks. I take a HUGE amount of crap for using small machines. Those people likely never carried one a few dozen miles into a forest to clean a cabin using nothing but stream water. That's a very real situation where I live. Everything I work with has to fit inside of my 4x4. I have downstream injectors because you cemented that idea. I agree with your logged evolution approach to video. I also believe in best practices. Do what works for you and if it works for someone else, great. Keep making great content.

In industrial rinsing, they use a high flow RED gun, flows the full 16 gpm, oh yeah!!!! Those are very durable, i beat crap out of the one at the shop i worked at! I do me how i want, too! And i get paid for it! Bless ya'll!!

Your videos for your flow test as well as this one are great info and very detailed and thought out. I experimented with the blue wash down gun about a year ago and for me it worked awesome for the first couple of washes. I too run the K7 unloader @ 10gpm 3000 psi. In my trials I found that after a few washes the gun started to spray with a split stream and eventually didn’t spray as it was intended to. I opened the gun and found that there is a rubber washer/o-ring that tore due to the pressure of the water and it caused the washer/o-ring to be pushed into the spray stream during operation. This was my experience using the wash down gun with my pressure washer. You may have better results than I did but I just thought that I should share my experiences with you to give you an idea of what’s happening in the event that you do run into the same issues as I did. As I said before it may not give you any problems at all. Keep up the great and informative content! Best of luck to you!!!

Based on what you have said about the gun and how everything works for YOU, I (being the big boy grown up that I am) am going to do some of MY OWN RESEARCH and MY OWN DUE DILIGENCE and possibly purchase one after I MAKE MY OWN INFORMED DECISION.
