My silver started discolouring while it was still under approved used warranty and the Main Stealer wasn’t interested, it’s been doing my head in for 3 years, it looks like a good solution to my paranoia 😂

Seems to be a problem on a lot of these Freelander 2 grilles - made worse by the fact the grille cannot be changed !

A very neat solution Simon. It never affected my 2009 Freelander II just it will be perfect for later owners. As for neutral Clunks…I had that but only if you open the throttle just before the gear engages.I just made sure that the selector was only moved at standard engine idle…..if not then ŷes a big CLUNK would happen. The D/Sport is much more refined but would be similarly fierce at anything like 1100 rpm.I thought it was a design fault as my Mercedes gearbox never has a hint of it. Good work! Richard😃😃😃😃

Ben went to Land Rover and they changed the software so it does not go to neutral while you are in traffic - it leaves it in gear

@@L663 Simon…that is interesting as my D/Sport stays in Drive unless I move the selector wheel. I don’t believe it has been changed so maybe they thought it was a flawed idea…in fact I always select neutral of I stop for more than 5 seconds…I think of the gearbox internals so try to take any stress out of them.😃😃

can you make a video how to wire a rear camera in the spot where the light for the license plate sits? there are a lot of rear cameras with a integrated led for the license plate, but it's impossible to find a video how to wire these for a 2013 lr2

We see this alot of this a the dealer. Mainly the atlas finish and Brunel finishes. If we had this product back under warranty it would have saved so much time and cost's. But its butt just the fl2 we are seeing the same on the disco sports d5 and l405 . Anything with these two Colour Coatings are blemishing now. Will keep your product in mine for or customers and used stock. Great product guy's
