@mason5540 looked like a SBC. I know with Chevy's, there are 396, 402, and 454 big blocks. But the 400 shown in the video had big block valve covers like my 454. So I don't think I understand all I know about that 400 chevy engine.😁

Great job on the build n polish. After 40 years can't expect miracles It does look better at the end. Yes there are cheaper products out there but trial by fire to find a good one. I used it on my 83 hurst n it came out not bad. Thank you for the video. Love it

Would love a clean mid 80’s dodge b1500 or 2500. I had an 85 2500 and looked awesome but the rust underneath started to take over so I got rid of it. Haven’t found one as nice or worth buying since

I grew up with the G-Body. IMO, GM used whatever happened to be laying around as they transitioned into the FWD platforms across the board. They threw all the R&D into the Ponys. Guess they didn't have any Hot Rodders left from the Muscle Era. Give me an "IRAQI TAXI", because I need a moredoor, any day of the week, a few bolt-ons and 30 years of innovation under the hood and I'm a happy camper. There's a build going on right now over in the G-Body Forum where the guy's transplanting everything from a Camaro to an '83 Malibu Wagon.

The 1st pull on the track he says it's not that impressive but you can hear it chirping the tires when when he shift. It's not all that bad. I had an 84 Regal with a stock motorhome 350 small block Chevy and a 350 turbo trans with a shift kit and it would chirp the tires also. Certainly not an all out race engine but not bad at all.

What a beautiful car. I'm not going to lie tho coming from watching true detailing channels like Obsessed Garage, AmmoNYC etc. The fact they they used a dry plastic bag on bare paint with no liquid barrier or the clay bar on the roof for a solid 2.5-3 minutes of talking. I'm being picky tho. Cringy detail aside this is a super cool ride!

Can you imagine having this kind of money? I would literally sell a kidney for a car like this. Even that's probably not enough lol. What happens to these cars when they're done? 1:11:07 like Xmas? Oh right you mean when you don't get anything, and spend the day alone gotcha. Seriously though, this car is absolutely amazing. I've wanted one of these for years and years now. Impossible to find up here, or they're so rotted and owned by 50 people prior it's not worth it. Anything semi decent is more than I can afford. Maybe in 20 years when I'm 60 I can finally get one. Assuming they haven't outlawed good old gasoline by then. Really just about anything 80's, American, rwd would be nice to have.
