The more I see of these PowerPoint tutorials, the more I realize the biggest problem with ppt as graphical design tool is the utter chaotic layout and placement of... Everything. And it follows the logic of literally no other graphic design tool. I've recently found a lot of functions in ppt that I just thought it didn't have because they were in completely different sub-menus where I would never look for them when used to literally anything else like illustrator, affinity, Photoshop, blender, and even paint. There is simply too much clicking and switching of menus in ppt. And I've been using this software for over a decade, always cursing it and designing my elements in any of the aforementioned software, when I instead found have just used ppt. Oh, and the animation settings menu really need to get improved.
