MediEvil (PS4 Remake) - All Lost Souls Locations & Solutions (How to Lay All Lost Souls to Rest)

MediEvil (PS4 Remake / Remaster) All Lost Souls Locations & Solutions where to put them to Rest. This unlocks two trophies: Lost and Found + Soul Savior.
You unlock Lost Souls during Level "The Entrance Hall". There is a chest down the right-side staircase in that level and opening it unlocks Lost Souls throughout the game.
They are a new addition in the PS4 Remake. Lost Souls were not in the original PS1 version.
First you must find a soul (there are 19 total, 1 per level). Each one gives you a riddle. Then you must go to the riddle's location to solve a side quest. Doing that puts the soul at rest.
None of them are missable, you can still do all of this after the story in level select.

What happens if you destroy the grave in the cemetery after you saved the lost soul, does the trophy still count?

SInce you have to complete the level in order to save progress, in order to save time you need to complete a Lost Soul and get the corresponding one of that level. But dang that old version controls like cr@p and is slippery AF too. And another thing, which I know is a nitpick, but the old game has a 4:3 aspect ratio and jagged edges. They didn't even make it wide screen.

Good guide, but maybe you should have rearranged the video. For example, Entrance Hall is first, which brings you to Sleeping Village. After laying the soul to rest, #2 should be Sleeping Village etc. Would save people a lot of backtracking.

@@JJShalashaska classic Sonic fans (for example) might disagree and say that the 2D era was the best. It really depends on the person's experience. If he grew up on FIFA and other such monetized garbage, you can't expect him to understand the joy of buying a game and just looking forward to a good time without any strings attached and without said game being the same boring open world garbage that companies have been vomiting lately. Me, I'm just glad we got this remade as well as Spyro and some PS3 hits like the Ezio trilogy and the Arkham trilogy. For the PS3 remasters I'm glad to be able to play them on PS4 with all content included. But for the PS1 remakes I'm really glad they fixed things like Spyro's tank movement and Sir Dan's slippery movement.

whenever you solve a lost soul remember to always pick up the next soul on that stage before you complete it to save you alot of time, itll basically reduce 3 play throughs into 2

Thank you for this. It's been a blast. The old game isn't really worth it unless you're already a super fan, but I can't deny that it's a neat bonus. I would have preferred an upscaled version of the PSP or the second game to continue the story, but who knows, maybe we'll get the second game remade too.

I must say, first I love your videos and your work very much, you helped me a lot in many games. Thank you. But this one is very time consuming by the order of things. 😅 I mean, for example when I get to the asylum to solving the puzzle in the first place you should have pointed to get the other soul there before leaving. So we don't need to go back to the asylum a third time just to get other souls. This happens in other places. We are needed to revisit stages a third or fourth time sometimes because of this.

Unfortunately you have to finish each level again. If you exit to make it won't save your progress. :/

RW:it just makes me wonder ,do you have to complete the final battle in Zaroks lair first before doing the souls quest ? Or do you have to loo k for the souls first before you defeat Zarok? If so,would you have to redo the stories and beat the bosses again in order to pass all 19 levels ? Or once the souls are all laid to rest would be able to get pass the level without beating the bosses again? Im so confused.😵

You have to complete the level in order to save it. If you exit the level the soul's progress will not be saved to go on..

Worst route ever just don’t showing all mask per level only one at the time fir no reason this is forcing you to play the game 2 more times if if you followed his other guys you end up with about 3-4 hole runs trough the game this is so a waste if time usually i like his guides but you should be know this is the most time coasting route
