@@jaelenmin5894 think they removed settlement decorations for the Ostara festival because it was one of the main things causing games to glitch

For anyone having trouble with the trophy not unlocking, I put decorations on Every spot (including dlc), then finished the quests for Azar, until the irish outpost is built (my settlement was level 6), then the trophy popped just like that, hope this helps somebody.

I had trouble will the last one so I changed all the others to fire Brazier's then put the raven up and the ones with fire Brazier's were easier seen. Hope this helps.

There's one missing for xbox i guess , if you go straight diagonally from the last one on the video you'll pass the cows and come down a small cliff you should see it then on your right
