I sent mine in and powertac said it had to be cleaned they cleaned it i got it back bye the way the battery it came with didnt work correctly so anyways got the clean one back and it worked the first few times and went right back to the same problem i can not trust my life with it and im definitely not spending anymore money to send it back to be told again it just needs to be cleaned because that didnt fix it i seen others with similarly problems and i noticed other youtubers review this flashlight and you can see them put the light on turbo and instantly backs down same with mine even with the new correct powertac battery in it fully charged starting to wonder if these should be recalled because im definitely not happy with mine. I really liked the feel and tint and recharging design the defective part im not so happy with.

Does powertac has a replacement for the E10R ? I lost mine right after I got it and it’s discontinued

@@MrRobGodek I know they have the best warranty and I know they have the best lights I have a few powertac lights. But I love a good small flashlight that works with a CR123 battery as that usually is very small and has a lot of power

Just got mine. Mine won't cycle to Turbo mode, it passes it and goes right to firefly. It's charged.
