I implore you to get your mineral levels checked with a blood panel. A depletion of potassium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B's will leave you feeling that way. The one flaw in your comment is that you started it by focusing on your struggles. A softer, more positive and useful thing to do, would be to focus on the joys of your life today, and every coming 'today'. mccarthew first thing I would recommend doing is getting rid of all the negativity and then blockage and the resistance and anything that’s bringing you down and to do that you can listen to subconscious clearing meditations or even subliminals or just sit down get a paper and right down all that you’re feeling all the frustrations all The deep anger poor every emotion you feel in ur heart down that paper and let it all out and after that maybe take a second to think about it all all for maximum 3 minutes and then after that 3 minutes tear the paper and permanently let go off all that negativity , raise your vibrations by mediations and by just simply realizing that you are the creator of ur own reality realize that u are way bigger and stronger than that problem that’s making you feel like shit once you understand that nothing is real (by real I mean the belief that our lives are already created by god and that we are destined to either be the happiest or suffer and that everything is writing down by our creator and that we just follow it bc it’s not true we are the creators we are the boss of our own lives we just have to realize it to use it to our advantage) and when you realize you are half way there.

Anxiety depression from ptsd caused by gunshot wound and everytime I panic and go to the hospital they say nothing is wrong it’s all emotional but man if it’s emotional than why do I feel it physically! I'm 19 homeless due to a unfit mother who chooses alcoholic men over her kids, haven't seen my drug addict dad since I was 4. Right now im staying with someone who's is supposed to be a friend but dosn't talk to me and treats me like shit. I've been sleeping on a floor for about a month now and I have no one. It was very hard at first because I couldn’t see much to thank for. So, I looked around and I realized that I was breathing fresh air and I enjoyed that so I wrote that. I saw grass and plants and I love them so I added that to me list. And like that my gratitude list got longer and longer everyday. Things will get better. I promise you that. You have a choice to follow your parent’s steps, dwell in the pain and resentment or make a difference. Focus on the good and you will find healing and peace.
