My granddaughters aged 17 to 26 know Bob Seager to Bob Marley and a host of other music artists. They have a WIDE range of music interests. We raised them right ! :)

You got to the part about Bob Seger being thirty years ago and I was cracking up! I guess Shakedown was 35 years ago, but I was thinking 30 years ago was Nirvana! How did we get this old?!?😂

I glued tiny gems to my Wonder Curve Ruler on those tiny dots. I could not see the dots when it was on the fabric! I finally got the hang of the ruler by the time we got to the donkey.

I'm a bit late coming to the party here, but you just gave me my generational moment talking about your Mum and Dad and the 60s. I was there then, but I'm glad to say that I just went to see Paul McCartney last week here in Australia, and both my daughters came with me (aged 52 and 46) and LOVED it, sang along with lots of it. I guess when you grow up with it, the good stuff stays in your had. I still love music including some of the new stuff - my favourite would be Eric Clapton who was there back then and still here now.

BES only worked on Windows. Stitch Artist works on Mac or Windows or both if you have both. They don't limit or charge extra for more computers or upgrades. Totally worth a few extra clicks.

My “I guess I’m old” moment happened about 15 years ago when I was training my vacation temp. She had never used a manual typewriter….she hadn’t a clue on applying more pressure to your typing fingers in order to get a legible printout…..Too funny but a sigh moment for sure….

I have purchased one of Keith’s seam rippers. Love it. Enjoy his videos too. Do not miss those either. You both are my absolute favorite utubers. Thank you.

I love popping on YT and seeing a new video by you! My husband was listening from the kitchen while I was watching and he started laughing at some of your comments. Lol. I don’t think I’ll try the curved rulers, but I have to say, I did just get the trimmer by George and also a pair of Gingher scissors! The best! You weren’t kidding…the scissors are amazing and the ruler is amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Love your morning musings, even when I get to watch it in the evening! I hear you about those scammers! Wow! Youo are the best with your livestreams and having to pay that! Well, I want to let you know, YOU are a winner to me and the rest of your legitimate viewers! Your co-worker sounds like a real winner-- No cursive, eh?! lol! When I tell these "young'uns" I was a "Home Ec" major, they ask me, "what's that?" I reply that I am a "dinosaur"! They smile with a blank look on their face! Loved visiting with you on YT!😃💗

LOVE the morning musings. Enjoy my coffee, & a few laughs while I work on my mindless sewing with you. I've got a generational Moment for you--- I work in a bakery with a couple young ladies and one night I looked at the clock ( with the numbers and the hands) and said it's "quarter till 7" . They were both very confused. they said its not 6:35, it's 6: 45. They both took the "quarter" to mean 25. I explained - it's not money - its time --- like a quarter of an hour - 15 minutes. They simply did NOT get it. Blew my mind!

I have listened to you for a while. I do not know/understand why I have to use Embrilliance to do the scan and cut program to use with my Bernina embroidery program.
@ettakaynickel6148
@ettakaynickel6148 Жыл бұрын
Maybe I understood a little on why to use embrilliance as you talked on this morning. Sounds like you take it to step with embrilliance to have the program for design run the best way possible.
@PowerToolsWithThread
@PowerToolsWithThread Жыл бұрын
A common misconception Etta Kay. Embrilliance is a completely separate program from the SNC much like your Bernina program. In fact, your Bernina program will do the same thing as Embrilliance but it is much more fiddly. So you don't need Embrilliance if you have the Bernina software. Now, how to do it on the Bernina software? That's not a question I can answer. You'd have to look up how to import a Vector graphic and then convert that to applique.

AT LEAST IF YOU BY CHANCE MAKE A MISTAKE ON SEWING OR EMBROIDERING ON KZbin. YOU DON'T GO OFF THE CAMERA AND FIX IT AND COME BACK. YOU SHOW ALL OF YOUR VIEWERS HOW TO FIX IT RIGHT WHEN IT HAPPENS, SO WE LEARN HOW TO FIX IT INSTEAD OF THROWING IN THE TRASH OR MAKING IT A UFO. Y’all, I have felt old ever since our “bonus baby” was born when I was 37😂. When most all the other kids moms where in their 20’s. Once you get the hang of the wonder curve ruler, I promise it will get easier. I didn’t steer you wrong on the color stop in embrillance, did I.😉
