Due to politics in Maharashtra, each group had 2.6 years at the helm.. UBT, in 2.6 years went to his office just twice,. other ministers then were going to office regularly. So, let us keep UBT as work from home leader, During the 2.6 years of UBT the infra development was stopped by Maharashtra govt in name of Environment, when the same ubt and his family travel in diesel guzzling Mercedes, I dont think mercedes exhaust gives out oxygen, these are fake environmentalists, When BJP+SS alliance came into power, the infra that was stopped was moving, people see things moving faster.Aarey to BKC line is already active also making T1 to T2 travel convenient, which otherwise would take a rickshaw drive for 30 mins in traffic and hundred rupees (at least) now convenient say Rs 20 by Line 3

This is such backwards thinking. It's quite reasonable for surpluses from one state helping support the other backward states. If that wasn't the case and every bit of spending was done depending only on tax revenue generated all spending would be concentrated on the metro cities and no development would ever happen in rural/poorer districts that desperately need them. But of course, it's not convenient because it counters the narrative of "OMG NORTHIES ARE STEALING OUR MONEY GUYSSS!!!", and nobody ever bothers reading or even thinking about it slightly more than that.
