Our T-3's engine seems to have busted, but the vacuum and scrubber still work. I have one of my custodians attached to the front like a reindeer and he pulls it while another man's the back. Great product.

5:30 Ive followed the instructions to remove the brush assembly but it is fully jammed on. No matter how much clockwise force i apply to the assembly it will not come off. Any suggestions?

For Sed P. Your pad drive may be on crooked. Two pins in place rather than three.

When I lower the pad on the t3"the machine kind of jumps when scrubbing like it's scrubbing to fast or too hard it's not a smooth steady scrub like in this video how can I fix that? I tried adjusting the brush pressure and nothing worked

Well when you buy one of these make sure you get the optional Dave Sunday option with the chocolate milk. It makes cleaning much easier
