My first PP plate was with my Prophet and it changed me forever. I've only ordered one custom PP plate, but I am definitely planning to do it again - it sounds incredibly poppy on my Ayleen TKL with MX Blacks. I can see what you're talking about it sounding kind of similar across boards - the Sonnet sounds clackier, but it has that same pop to it. Edit: I'm pretty sure the Derivative had the option, which I'm waiting on (!)

Cbb has composite stone plates rn, I might try that in the future and maybe that could be a whole new thing lol

hey im esithant between pp plate or pc plate for a thock built , with what plate should i go for do you think?

Its been a while since I used a pc plate in one of my builds, but I like pp more cuz its just more poppy sounding. Pc can be good for thock, but depending on the board or switch it can sound deep but dull sometimes.

the issue with PP is it's hard to machine
