I got the same one in my 1887 4 bedroom house and it makes a sweat I don’t turn it up over 3-4 and that’s with 10 degrees above. I’ve had it for 2 years now and love it

I heat my 2200 square feet house with this stove at number 2 I might have to put it up to 3 or 4 if it gets in the teens at night. My oil bill was 4000 per season and pellets cost 1000 per season. 5 year had to replace the fan cost 100 dollars and I did that myself.

We have had our pelpro pp130 for 3 and 1/2 years, and heated the whole downstairs of the big house we had which was approximately 1,800 square feet on the main floor and then we moved and downsized to a 750 sq ft one floor home. This is our second winter and we usually run it on two or three setting. We have our 30 insulation in the ceiling and r19 on the walls and we are able to keep this house very warm we even have to open a window once in awhile LOL

I run the pp70,can't beat them.cut my oil bill 80%,cut the electric bill by 60% win win here.and the house stays warm longer,just better heat.

In your fresh air vent did it have packaging in it that need to be removed,?

No I didn’t see anything that needed removed. It says something about it in the installation book but mine is drawing in fresh air just fine.

Could you go into the crawlspace or basement then go outside it is recommended that you have fresh air intake.

‘Are you drawing fresh air from outside or just air from within garage. Wanting to change to a pellet stove but don’t have a way to get to an outside wall for fresh air intake. Didn’t want to have two pipes running through ceiling. Thanks for any info you can provide.

I have a 20x40 garage and I didn’t run the fresh air outside due to the same reasons as you and It’s worked fine. Hope that helps

@Triple J Home Services Thank you. We have a 600 sq ft garage with a mini split heat pump but when it gets really cold it never shuts off and it tends to freeze up so seen your video on a pellet stove . I'm sure that would keep it warm as we would want it. It's insulated as well.

@@AR-kw1gf I think it would be perfect for you. We are super impressed with ours. I highly recommend it and I’m pretty sure the pp130 is rated for up to 2000 square feet. It would do you good I believe

@@AR-kw1gf your not bothering me. It really depends but I use a shop vac and clean it and the glass about every other day if I’m consistently using it
