우유만 얼리면 잘 얼지도 않고 믹서에 갈면
금방 녹아버려요~
우유와 물, 연유를 섞어 얼리면 잘 녹지않는 뽀송한 얼음이 된답니다~
붕어싸만코는 어릴 때부터 먹던 아이스크림인데요~~
제주도 어느 빙수집에서 판매하는 옥돔빙수라는걸 봤어요~~
비주얼만보고 먹어보고 싶은 마음에 만들어보았답니다.^^
키위도 듬뿍올려 비늘이 화려한 잉어빙수도 만들어봤어요~~
