Thank you for sharing this. It has been 7 months now, since i started to feel the symptoms of PPPD. Some days are good, some days are bad also. I thank God just last nov last year, i came across some youtube channel like yours that discusses about neuroplasticity, although I did not yet fully comprehend on it, what i am apply now being positive and kind to myself despite i'm not feeling good in my body. I am much feeling better now , cause the anxiety is no longer bothering me much.

The benefits of using Neuroplasticity to improve health are getting better all the time and becoming more recognised as a treatment. Also pppd is a new diagnosis (2014) so there's not much support out there. But Neuroplasticity to heal dizziness and pppd is definitely something that works and I'm sure the research and evidence will follow. Well done for using it in your life and feeling the benefit, I'm sure you will continue to feel better. You can do this ❤

Hi, is it pppd if I have symptoms which is very sensitive to vibrations such as when someone stomps on the floor(our floor & furniture are wood), when the table suddenly moved, someone walking on wooden floors, heart pounding and even when Im in bed feels like there's a loose screw? This feelings are more amplified now that I'm dizzy, always! but the house has always been like this. Feels like a earthquake tremor everyday
@balanceyourlifenow1651
@balanceyourlifenow1651 3 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks for your message..its difficult for me to answer because I don't know you (and I'm not a Doctor), but I do know that PPPD can make our brains hypersensitive hence why you feel more aware of vibrations or small movements in your house. Now that you've noticed them you're focusing on them and noticing them even more. Sound familiar? The fact your heart is pounding, do you think it's anxiety? Are you fearing or on high alert from the dizziness and strange unusual noises you've become sensitive to?

Hey Sam, thanks for your comment. I found a lot of stillness exercises helped as I always felt more dizziness when sat still so this was what I needed to improve. I spent time learning how to cope, and learning that dizziness is safe and couldn't hurt me. That was when I started to see some real change as I lessened the fear the dizziness started to fade. I meditate and doing body scans regularly (try to do it daily). Positive thinking, learning when to say no, getting lots of rest. I have dedicated so much time to get myself better. It takes patience, consistency and kindness. I've read lots of books on self healing, learnt EFT tapping, and RAIN to process difficult emotions. Im still a work in progress but I've got my life back and so much better than I used to be. I hope you find that helpful and it helps you discover your path. Check out some of my other videos for more tips. It is my aim to help others 🙏🏼

@balanceyourlifenow1651
@balanceyourlifenow1651 3 жыл бұрын
Hi, no I never used any sort of programme and I had zero support. I read lots of books, tried my best to understand my body and why it was giving me all these strange and scary sensations I couldn't control. Then I used a lot of mindfulness based practices, working on trusting my body and not being afraid of the dizziness. I also kept going to places that triggered me, such as bright supermarkets and busy offices, cafes etc. It hasn't been easy by any means, but healing is completely possible and i feel amazing now with very little dizziness at all 😁❤

Mine started last July and got worse over the course of 3 months. But I was also under a lot of stress at the time. Mine has gotten SO much better after the course of almost a year. It seemed to getting better and better as the months went on. I would encourage you to do things that make you feel bad but also know when to rest. Don’t give up! There are also videos on KZbin that have exercises you can do to help the symptoms lessen. Sadly I didn’t find them till recently but it’s really been helping even after just about a week of doing them! I make myself go for a walk almost every day even if I don’t feel like it. The first 8 months or so I felt nauseous from it but I think making myself do things despite being afraid made it start healing. I really encourage you to look up the exercises for PPPD here on KZbin. Things will get better!!! I know how hard it is.
