North Korea is flash point between US-China because during Korean war in 1950-53 china aided North Korea and United states supported South Korea against NK and China. USA has also military bases in South Korea such as (BUSAN naval base) and North china sea along with Japan a very complex condition to deliver my message anyhow ( I'm not talking about South China sea). Cuba was a flash point between USA and USSR (Russia) (i guess you know the history of Cuban missile crisis) and Hawaii is near to Cuba which is USA (Island) state, so i guess Hawaii is not flash point b/w china and the United states. I have to add something more but i think it's enough. This history of flash point of both states is out of context but Hawaii and Cuba always remain hot spot points between USA and Russia( USSR)
