Whatever that lady shared was extremely true...as I did an intense study n research of metals and why our ancestors used these utensils stunned me they are actually a boon to our indian tradition...the moment I learnt them I threw all the stylish expensive chinaware, nonstick cookware and replaced them to copper, brass n high quality stainless steel.... Its not just limited to cooking alone but the benefits they give us are unbelievable....today we are complaining of various health issues and spending most of our earnings to the medical field...the secret is that these metals are associated with the planets revolving in our solar system.... Nowadays due to hectic work pressure everyone is facing one or the other health factors...one of them is less blood count if you visit the doc they will ask you to just take Bcomplex tablets again for growing children Horlicks or complan for vitamin D etc.. neither would they tell the truth or explain the fact(due to medical mafia...an open secret) the reason is lack of iron content in the blood cells that carries O2 in the haemoglobin and if you visit the astrologer they will tell that Mars is deliberate or neecha stanum...to over come this if we eat food made in iron vessels continuously you ll notice the betterment in the health....Everday early Sunbath is a must and glancing the rising sun 30secs can eradicate eye problems... cooking and eating in brass relates to Mercury or budh can correct nerves, veins, piles, and other complications....There you see how metals, stones and planets are interrelated in playing an immense role helping all of us to beat our wrong routine lifestyle....😊🙏
