Sir .kya optics dukan me aaj kal number check karte hai vo sahi hota hai.. they mesmerise you with different frame after getting lens fitted with the frame we / I felt cheated twice .. vision was not as per testing...what's the correct procedure.. How to ensure lense is of same number and company.. How to find out lense is from original HOYA..apart from that card that they give with number

All brands give an Authentication card with the lens which has all the details written on it plus most of the company comes with laser engraving on them and power can be confirmed with a lensometer

I used a progressive lens earlier, after wards farsight power changes and I bought a new normal corridor progressive lens from lenskart. Unfortunately when I look at near vision, reading is hazy.it becomes clear when I lift the specs a little bit upward almost 3 mm.Do i return it for rectification though I am trying for last six days? Please suggest, thanks..

Hi You can complain them and ask for rectification as your reading corridor has went down the lens needs to be replaced with reading portion slightly up or ask them to give short corridor lens
