Yes but what can i use to design a advertorial?Word? Please be more specific..I just need a platform or website to use to design one but i couldn’t find any

N, you can use anything from Word to Powerpoint to Illustrator to Photoshop. Advertorials normally carry text and images - so any platform that can support that is what you need. Next, contact the media channel on which you're buying space because what you design will ultimately need to conform to their size limitations. Good luck.
