Hey Valiant, Most of my bosses and line managers throughout my PR career have been female. But I've also worked with many male colleagues. I'm not sure about the statistics and ratio in the industry as a whole, but I bet there's a lot of variations between cities (some cities would have a more equitable distribution than others). It's 2021 - I truly believe there's a role for everybody in PR so long as you've got something solid to give back to your team and clients in return.
