एक हप्ते में. 90घंटे काम कौन कर सकता हैं ???? एक दीन मे 18घंटे काम करने पर वह बुद्धिवादी तांत्रिक कामगार घर कब जाएगा?? फिर अगले दीन काम पर कब आए गा ?? खाली 6घंटे में खुद के घर जाणे के लिये अगर उसे दो घंटे लगेंगे? तो फिरआना जाणा उसके लिये तो हर रोज चार घंटे उसे लग सकते? उसे खुद के लिये, फॅमिली के लिये कब मिलेग टाईम?? 50साल की उम्र तक भी बच नहीं पाए गा???

What Mr. Mahindra has said is right because it is the output that matters not the input as number of hours. I have read there are many companies that strongly discourage staying after office hours unless there is absolutely a valid reason to do that and I am with them. By exception overstaying may be alright but not as a routine. From my own experience I have seen many people in the habit of overstaying the office after working hours, only to score some brownie points because the culture of company encourages that. Nevertheless I personally believe that Mr. Murthy may have made this statement out of context and there is no need to blow it out of proportion. He may have recalled his own days of hardwork when he was setting up Infosys and in that phase any entrepreneur will give 24 hours a day to office for couple of months or may be years. That is an investment for the country and truly a patriotic deed. I suggest the debate must end now.

90 घंटे काम मतलब 7दिन 13 घंटे हर दिन के हिसाब से काम करना है मतलब हर दिन सुबह 9 से रात को 10 बजे तक. मुंबई में आने जाने का दो + दो =चार घंटा. इन्सान सुबह सात बजे घर से निकालेगा और रात को 12बजे पहुचेगा ऐसे हर दिन करेगा. सुब्रमण्यम 😂
