tbh a gym in the building and a balcony are the two things I am craving the most right now, in my 320sqft flat with 2 tiny windows in italy, where we are still in lockdown after a year. I watch you guys on a regular basis and I happen to have missed this one. Considering the rents in Vancouver are similar to SF and LA/West Hollywood you seem to be getting a good deal because of it's central location and all the amenities included. Great space.
