Great work guys, loved the information on using crankshaft sensor (hall) for misfire detection! To improve quality of sound and video do not live stream because it compresses the life out of both! Better to have a livestream Q&A after your training session has been filmed then uploaded to KZbin to maximize quality, cheers sandy

Great first start guys, however I think it’s important to highlight that when using Pico Diagnostics and you are presented with green bar graphs showing 100% (Implying GOOD) it simply means this was the highest compression it has absolutely no relationship to the actual compression being good, it’s simply a comparison, so your good 100% cylinder could still be bad, just not as bad as the worst.

Is there a risk that a user can upload a "known good" to the waveform library and the waveform isn't good and the vehicle has issues?

Yes, there is a risk for this to occur however we do monitor them on a regular basis. Of course, if a user comes across a waveform that is incorrectly labelled they can email in to support to let us know, it will then be investigated and modified as required. We do rely on users to ensure correct details when uploading (this includes vehicle information for example).

Does it not matter if you put the amp clamp around the negative or positive cables, you will still get the same result?

Hello, I have a picoscope 3405B, with 4 channels. I want to use it with the automotive software but it does not detect it. Is there a way to detect both programs?

FOR A COMPANY WITH ONE OF THE GREATEST AUTOMOTIVE SCOPES OUT THERE THIS PRESENTATION WAS LESS THAN TO BE EXPECTED . FOR ONE THE CAMERA QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL .
