It's a bit weird. You can tell from the images behind them that quite a lot of these jokes are being told one after the other, effectively part of the same sequence... except for some reason the editor has reshuffled them into a different order. Why bother reordering if you were going to include them anyway?

I crossed the border from Nuevo Laredo to Laredo, Texas in 1983, and the customs official in Laredo tried to confiscate a dildo that I had in my luggage, saying that it was illegal in Texas, and he placed it on the table erect so that everyone could see it.
