A Stillpoint portrait of Daniel Simpson, a yoga philosophy academic, teacher and practitioner who lives in Gloucestershire, England.
Daniel shares how the journey of yoga and deeper understanding has been for him throughout his life. It’s been about how he can learn to feel more and it wasn’t as easy as he thought it would be. He now has a deeper appreciation of what yoga can offer….

Daniel talked so.much sense and so eloquently and insightfully. Really answered some.questions I hadn't even formulated about my own.practice and.where it's going that I'd.barely articulated. Thanks.to.bothj of.you

Wow. This was very layered and vulnerable. There is so much to unpack. Not loving yourself, the competitive nature, the ego. It really does go to show that external things will not make you happy. Such an interesting perspective from a yogi, also. How we can use yoga in ways of consumption, just like everything else.

This was so human . Jois had a bad back. And stop his practice. The yoga is an aid. Not the center.
