Yo when you change gears, let off the throttle completely. you can hear the bike rev up when you pull the clutch in cause the throttle is still on. also you don't have to change gears at the red line but if you know you wanna go into the next gear, change the gear before the red line (like 2 thousand rpm before. maybe even 3). and if you are in the red, say at 3rd gear, it's better to go into 4th gear and not strain the bike as much on 3rd gear.

The reason the bike stalled and kicked back on was due to the engine already running. Theoretically the start button is not needed, if you can get the bike moving fast enough in gear, the bike will register that the engine is moving and the bike will kick itself on to keep up. There are a lot of people that have to do this trick to get their bike running when the start button doesn't work or is missing

Is the muffler on this bike stock? it sounds very loud to be from the factory.

The cbr is supposed to be a little more sporty and science they couldn't really do much to accomplish that, they just threw on a loud exhaust to make it sound fast
