11:29- you did not clarify....is that a mistake in the card?? Or do they mean..altr course to stbd ..take a round turn and pass around her Stern...I really wish if you could have clarified it.🙂

Bro the action , one short blast and take a round turn, or we can alter to port. Because as per rule 18, we have to take to keep clear of a CBD

CBD is also a power driven vessel as per Rule 3. As per rule rule 18, except in case of rule 9,10 & 13, PDV has to keep clear of CBD. If the situation was in a narrow channel (Rule 9) or TSS (Rule 10) the CBD is the give way vessel If the CBD vessel take action as per rule 15 and if own vessel alter to port, it will end up in collision. So best option is to alter to stbd to take round turn.

Sir, one the cards had the papa flag with tango flag. It means nets have come across obsn and engaged in pair trawling , but on the card it was written shooting nets, Isn’t that right?

Hello sir, do you mind explaining why the action would be alter course to port at 7.30 min, as per rule 17, it says to try not to alter to port for a vessel on your own port side. Thank you.
