I've been watching your videos for the last week. I've had my new bike for 30 days and only get to ride on my Permit during daylight hours and only for a couple of hours each weekend. I find your videos to be very good. With roughly 8 hours of riding time, I've seen a major improvement in my confidence and skills. This morning ( 4/3/21 ) I felt ready to get into heavy town traffic and on the Highway. My ride went very well, always had an exit, kept looking 12 seconds ahead and even found myself at traffic lights being the first in line. My take-offs are smooth and controlled my ride was much more fun and I found myself at my jobs parking lot for the first time on this bike. I just felt compelled to give a thanks to you for the lessons. God Bless.

It's like walking and chewing gum at the same time. I see many of your students can't look at you, and turn at the same time. Well the answer is, practice, practice, practice. As I said to you a few times sir. I don't drive a motorcycle. But I do drive an electric bike. So your exercises helps me too. Have a good day sir. And thank you for your service to New York City.

I love all of the videos you post and all the practice session footage Robert :) This one, however, had me cringing every time for the riders as they attempted u-turns and figure 8's lol. The one thing constant that I heard as they struggled,, and in some cases, just before their bike hit the ground, was the change in acceleration volume. They had for the most part lost their sense of the friction zone. Each one was doing their best as they approached the exercises, and I know in time they will all master them thanks to you. I'm glad to be a Preloader, and i'll be practicing with my 1987 GL1200 in a near by school parking lot today :)

Watching those turns from a stop was amazing I have such a fear of this as my bike is heavy and this just helped me so much. Thank you. The detail here is what I really needed. Especially about turning too fast that the front wheel makes it but rear doesn’t. And power too fast covering too much distance I do know this but you explained it and I understood it Light bulb !

Thank you for watching and subscribing!👍🏾😁 I’m happy that my channel has been helpful to you! That makes all the time and effort that I put into this so worthwhile! Ok do me a favor... I don't want you to ever say your bike is heavy again unless you're picking it up. Just wipe it out of your mind. It's just a matter of time before you're the Boss of that motorcycle and every time you think about the weight of it, you will feel intimidated by it. And the Boss isn't intimidated by their subordinates! Remember with the proper techniques applied, the weight of your motorcycle is irrelevant!👍🏾😊

its funny watching Ole Bill in the background trying to practice R & L turns in between his unsuccessful attempts. Except he isn't doing himself any justice making those wide turns because he isn't challenging himself to step outside his comfort zone of leaning his bike enough of being scared to fall over...haha! Also, it seems to me, if he could ever grasp the concept of NOT looking down while turning. It's like a daredevil walking a tightrope, they never look down because it throws their balance off. I assume the same concept applies to Robert's teaching of "HEAD & EYES"

@@jesusacovarrubias1390 well every part on our motorcycles has an expiration date. Now that you will be replacing the clutch, you will be able to gauge the lifespan of it more accurately. Yes you can pretty much over use anything and of course that includes your clutch and your rear brakes.
