Good job, ya got a crazy future ahead of you my man

i noticed that you pivot before you shove or scoop, and that has really helped me get the full rotation around. previously i could only rotate 270 and my momentum would stop but at least now i can continue rolling after landing

Thank You. The way you break down the trick in basic form, has really allow me to grasp the foot placement for a lot of tricks.

If you are discouraged, I can safely say that this trick is 100× easier than it looks. Practise riding switch, fakie 180 pivots, fakie backside 180 body varials and fakie shove-its. Then before you try to learn Fakie big spins, try to rotatw your board more than 180. You don't need to lan anything just spin the board more than a 180. Then combine a fakie 180 revert with a fakie shove-it. I start doing fakie 180 reverts and when my nose starts to get off the ground and the moment my board starts spinning, I add a shove it and jump. If I can do it so can you trust me.

I found this video great. It is fairly easy to land.i got it first time. Same set up as back side shove . Just remembered to wind up and rotate youre shoulders. I found my common mistake was not spinning myself and board enough 😅

ive known how to do fakie big spins for years but i can’t pop them at all, i really like the look of popped ones
@meci11754 жыл бұрын
It's because you are more focused on the rotation, rather than popping it. Focus on the pop, and I'm sure you will have high fakie big spins soon
@benjaminpoulsen27544 жыл бұрын
Piping them is definitely harder I got them now but it is not that easy

I'm probably weird, but doing the body varial the other way feels more natural / less scary to me. Very weird stuff. But definitely a cool trick that's not super difficult.
@serbiansleeperagent2 жыл бұрын
That would be called an anti-bigspin. If you are more comfortable going backside, try a big spin in normal stance rather than fakie

I think this trick is for beginners if you don’t pop it but as soon as you try to get some pop it is definitely harder maybe not as much as the poped regular back Bigspin but still harder and not for beginners

Hey, I've been trying this trick for a week or so and still can't figure out how to land it with both feet (I only land it with my front one). Does anyone have any tips on how to land it properly??
@thesk8erofgod4 жыл бұрын
For most tricks u have to figure out how to have the board under your feet while you jump if it gets out of that center u have to change your posture / position. Figure out the balance between both feets? If you have too much weight on one foot the board will shoot out for sure

This is my favourite, it comes to me easier than a 180 shove it. And led me to 360 shove it. Great trick and better tutorial.
@brianaz35874 жыл бұрын
im so confused about this trick its a 360 fakie shove it with a body varial ? or its a Fakie Shove it with a body varial?
@malice44224 жыл бұрын
Fakie 360 shuv with a body varial. But your body goes the direction of the board so it doesn’t feel like a body varial, so don’t think of it that way if you’re trying to learn it

1) when you are about to scoop take some angle so you have less rotation to do, 2)commit

Back Side? Isn’t his body (and board) rotating frontside? How in The Name is this Back Side?
@SKATEHACKS4 жыл бұрын
‘Fakie’ means rolling backwards. Imagine someone doing a backside bigspin, but they were rolling backwards instead. It would look like this.
