1. **Balance and Stance**: Make sure you have a stable and balanced stance. Keep your knees slightly bent and your weight centered over the board. This will help you maintain control, especially during sharp turns and jumps.
2. **Practice Carving**: Start with gentle turns and gradually increase the sharpness of your carves. Focus on shifting your weight smoothly from one side to the other. This will help you gain confidence and precision in your movements.
3. **Controlled Speed**: Begin at a moderate speed and gradually increase as you become more comfortable. Higher speeds can be thrilling but require more control and quick reflexes.
4. **Body Position**: Lean into your turns and use your body to guide the board. Your shoulders and hips should move in the direction you want to go, helping to steer the efoil more effectively.
5. **Jumping Techniques**: Start with small hops to get a feel for the timing and balance required. As you gain confidence, you can attempt higher jumps. Remember to bend your knees and absorb the impact when you land.
6. **Safety Gear**: Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet and a life jacket. This ensures you stay safe while pushing your limits.

You are very close. My technique is some what different, the major part is the power from the remote, you have to use more power enough that the board will push you up in the air and out of the waster, than keep your weight slightly back and the nose up, you have to land stab first. Than it comes the most difficult part adjusting the power during the landing, too much power and the board will kick you and it is very easy to do a taco, not enough power and you are sinking. One last thing, you need speed, around 30 kmh with flow 900.

This footage from a month ago, which I just road a couple weeks ago and I have learned that I cannot let off the throttle while jumping. It’s got to be a full throttle very consistent. I’ve got the flow 900 on its way That’s one thing I love about this Efoil is it you just put more weight on the back foot when you’re turning and it just wants to drive you and the direction that you’re guiding it towards

Yes more throttle is (almost) always the right answer. More speed allows smoother landings. Flow 900 is nice, but my current favourite wing is modified flyer 800 wit the wing tips shapes as flow 900. It allows higher speeds and propeller breaching in straight line with the same carving capabilities
