Fabulous work from everyone ! imo, the Evolution of Water travel especially small crafts : sailboat, windsurfing , 40+mph windsurfing speed ditch in France, kiteboarding , doing all of that plus ocean swell…. and now eFoil…. It’s truly magical and silky smooth , but instructors and students to fall away, and wear flotation that also absorbs impacts. Check out the early morning tour of Miami … near where I grew up …seeing an eFoil near familiar big buildings and Miami River was sweet .

Hi guys, Great to see you flying soo quickly, although I do see a lot of dangerous falling going on. Has the instructor not shared to always fall to the back? Away from the board. I'm a Efoil instructor as well and telling my students as one of the 1st things. But good progression ! What is your favorite board from Flite ? I guess the pro or the ultra?

Guys, you did a brilliant job, am planning on a board soon, it is a major purchase for me as am choosing this over a bike, and really you guys presented a lot of interesting information whether you realized it or not, so big thanks and thumbs up from me. Biggest lesson was to plan for a learning curve and invest in lessons, as I am older and heavier than you spry young fellas.

Great video, guys! This looks like so much fun and freedom! Back in the late 70s through the 80s I was a rather decent roller skater and would skate everywhere, could do spins and other technical tricks pretty well. This is very different, obviously, but the balance and feelings of freedom and flying are probably similar. Of course, I had to be on the lookout for rocks and when I fell it was onto concrete which sucked. But then I didn't need to worry about sharks so there was that!

Neat video, thanks! It definitely helps to be younger when taking up Efoiling. I'm 62 and self taught. That took me forever! I didn't have the basics down until my 8 to 10th session. You also made a great choice on starting with air-boards. My carbon fiber board beat me up big time. So many bruises. I did notice that a lot of your falls in the video was on the high side and you face got quite close to the wing. Yikes. You guys pick things up so quickly. Enjoy!

Sorry! But I will write this everywhere. I liked renting it and I bought my own. Yesterday it just turned off in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean near Miami and did not go anymore! At first I rowed with my hands for a long time and was completely exhausted, then I caught a passing boat and asked for help. They took me to the nearest shore and I dragged it through the water for several kilometers to my parking lot. I slept from fatigue after this all day - 7 hours, although I did not have a lack of sleep. I woke up now and I can not do anything, I am completely exhausted, my whole body hurts. And I ran and went to the gym every day. Think - before buying this stupid device - do you need such impressions? If I knew that this could happen, I would never have bought it! Now I find information on the Internet that this often happens to everyone!

Great video! One question: I never have any sense whatsoever how long a typical session lasts in these sorts of videos. How much riding are you getting per charge? What’s the ratio of riding to downtime? Looks super fun!

Don't touch a throttle. Just use few fixed power levels and use your body and muscles for a better control of a balance. It makes NO sense to ride 9.1 kmh or instead 9.2 kmh. A final speed completely depends on your weight and an area of a wing (and a vertical angle somehow).

Traditional water sports offer a deep connection with nature, relying on the wind, waves, and your own body to navigate the water. Efoils, with their electric motors and remote controls, create a barrier between the rider and the natural environment. This tech-driven experience lacks the authenticity and rawness of traditional sports, making it a superficial alternative. Perfect for lazy, unskilled office workers.
