Old mate was spot on at 11:33, when you were coasting along in neutral I thought the assessor won’t like that, im sure you nailed the test
@jasonswift70983 ай бұрын
I was told by my instructor when I got my truck licence neutral is "angel" gear, you never ever get yourself in that situation. Are you being taught to double-clutch or float? I was taught to doube-clutch, mind you I did learn on a pretty old international acco 9 speed.
@johncunningham48203 ай бұрын
@@jasonswift7098. You NEED to know how to Double Clutch correctly . Even if you become a habitual " Floater " you will occasionally " Fuck it Up " so being able to FIND them again is essential . Any Crash Box requires this Skill to be Mastered .

That was a good video, including ol mate giving you tips for the manual gear change test was a bonus. Try adding some normal speed videos out on the road, especially if there is some interesting roadside scenery, townscape or unusual traffic conditions like wide loads etc. then back to FF. I hope you and the guys make time to see Australia other than from the truck cab.

Heya Emmelie...just finished watching your last v/log...you looked wrecked from a big week....just a couple tips...try & stay away from the energy drinks and get yourself some 'Berocca' the tabs are full of essential vitamins that drain us & will keep you going..plus your hydrating with water....also...when you get time off...say the weekend....grab yourself a thin crust pizza the night you finish your shift...the recovery time is better the next day.Hey goodluck out there...Loved that b-triple last week...🍻

Bang on, berrocca, staminade, hydrolight, etc all produce better results than energy drinks. The body needs electrolytes.

Go Emm. Usually for the test is using the clutch. How's the clutchless going. Remember the Hi/Lo when doing test. Going Hume, Seasame St. Used to be all sorts of creatures come out at night. Cleaned up a lot with point to point cameras and drug testing. Used to get a little wild at times. Moving is such a hassle. Not too bad for you, haven't been here long enough to have too much junk.
