Excellent review! I was deciding between the black Gucci horsebit loafer and the Prada loafer and went with the Gucci for exactly the reasons you mentioned. Just something extra special about the look of them that you don't see every day. I'll suffer through the extra bit of discomfort

thanks for the review! i'm actually eyeing the prada loafers and a little bit shocked that you mentioned that they are comfy! would definitely get them now! also, i agree with you. i've been getting faulty products from online orders recently. it's kinda disappointing especially since i purchase directly from luxury brands websites

Love the Prada loafers. As for sizing I would go a whole size down if you have narrow feet 😃I went down half a size but they are still huge

They are different aesthetically so go for. a white version too they also have white in prada and the paris loafer There is no bruising lol

Have you been able to get a better pair of the Gucci ones? I’d love to hear your thoughts on them and if you’d favor them over the Pradas 👀 I can only afford *one* pair, not both, and it would be a huge splurge so I’m doing allllll the research. I’m leaning toward the Prada ones because while I love the bee on the Gucci ones, at least at this moment in time I love it, I worry it makes them a teeny bit less versatile for styling.. plus what if I grow to not like it years from now? 😅 So many decisions 😖

Oh how I understand the struggle! 😩 I found another pair directly from Gucci but it was the last pairs and was faulty as well… Since then, I’ve only seen them in black, but I really love the white ones so I’m still hoping they’ll bring them back!!! I can only say good things about the Prada ones, I’ve walked even 16k steps without any blisters/bruises in them 🙌 Super comfy! I think Prada is a safe choice, especially if you love silver hardware. But the Gucci pair is a bit more special & unique, it’s just harder to find 💔

I wouldn’t recommend that as they can color your toes black… It has happened to my socks a few times - my feet are dry, my socks are dry but for some reason the toe area of my socks is often black after wearing them 😶

Hi! ❤️ Hmm it’s a bit tricky because the Gucci ones have a chunkier sole, but, at the same time, Prada’s have a little heel 👀 I would guess that Prada’s are a bit higher, because, not only they have a thick sole, but they also have a heel!

Unfortunately, I decided to return them because of the issues mentioned in the video 💔 All I can say is that the sole was much more thick & rigid than Prada’s, so I would think there’s very little creasing! Still trying to hunt down a Gucci pair that’s not faulty 😩
