Rubin obviously confused nomination process with the order of succession. He seemed to believe Harris would automatically be the nominee, and no-one else legally could if Biden dropped out. Which Prager corrected him on. And Rubin still didn't get it, cause he started going on about the 25th Amendment before Prager saved him by going to a break. And even after the break after Prager told him again, he clearly still did not understand. That's the stupidty.

Seems they were talking about two different things. Prager was talking about how Harris would become POTUS if Biden outright resigns (before the November election) and Rubin was talking about what would happen at the Convention. However, if Biden resigns before the Convention, its up to Harris if she wants to be the nominee as she will get the delegates. Dems are screwed either way.
