These has-beens as you call them may well have attended places like the Wigan Casino, The Twisted Wheel, Blackpool Mecca, etc. when the scene was 1st around. I wasn't even born when the scene got started and I only picked up on this great music about 10-12 years ago and I love it! 👍

@@Sheffield_Steve Yeah and as a 30 year old into Northern, I love meeting the OG crew at dances and hearing their stories. They embody the true northern culture and are always so welcoming
