Just finished this awesome, wholesome workout 💪 I started with Jo on the 2nd week of August, exercising 3 to 4 times per week. This is the only workout program I've stock to. I always started something than quit because I didn't see results. Like most of us, I wanted to see results overnight. There's something different about Jo. She radiates God's light and love her positivity and encouragement. My body is so stubborn when it comes to loosing weight. Even though I saw a small change in the way my clothes fit, I didn't see it on the scale. It is very disappointing when the number stays the same.....BUT....yesterday I weighed, I've lost 7 pounds! I will keep working at it with God's help and with Jo's workout videos and much needed encouragement!!! God bless!

Same same same!! I love Jo for her energy and spirit! I too started being consistent with her workouts and trying to make better food choices... I started mid September and I am down 12 lbs! There are definitely times I feel like the scale should be going down faster for all the work and effort I am putting in, but I'm trying to be happy with the non scale achievement I am seeing like looser clothes, more energy and stamina, and knowing I am doing something good for my body and mind. I totally get you. I've tried so many work-outs, but there's something about Jo. I actually wake up and can't wait to do my workout after I've had my Devotion!! Because she's there right with you, sweating away, but still smiling and encouraging you, she just gives me that motivation to keep going with her!!! I also love her little dog!!! And because there is always a 10/20 sec march between intensive moves, I feel like she genuinely cares about us and isn't trying to kill us with crushing/ punishing moves like some do. I GENUINELY have fun with her. I love the other gospel workouts she's done too!!

Hello, my name is Alicia. I have been following your workouts since the Pandemic and it has actually helped me mentally, emotionally and physically. ❤ to start off I gave you a heart. This worship video I did today was so powerful every moment I felt the power in the presence of God. As we sing I will be content in every circumstance because Jireh is more than enough !! Yes, indeed! I have been doing this one every day since it posted. It is literally my favorite. There’s is nothing like the Presence of the Lord helping to transform you mentally, emotionally, and physically. It powers you to workout well, too. I’ve done other workouts. But, the gospel ones are my most sweaty. This is an all-around win for me. 🙌🏾😭

Thank you so much for this video I was having a very hard morning with my kids and feeling alone in handling my household and I knew I needed to turn to God and so I read John chapter 4 and decided to exercise which helps my mindset and I found this and I walked away feeling God's love and strength and the knowing I can do anything through christ thank you for this video.

I recently discovered GWJ. Feeling depressed from a 20lb weight gain you've inspired me! I've been been facing financial challenges lately and over the weekend the nail in the coffin hit, my car transmission went out. My car is my money maker and without it, I can't make the money to fix it. Feeling beaten and down, I found this video scrolling through your channel. Like they say when life brings you to your knees you're in the perfect position to pray. I got out of bed and started working out to this in tears and feeling rejoice. The presence of the Lord was so strong and overwhelming while I was doing this workout for the first time that I literally started to cry 😭 in the presence of the Holy Spirit 🕊 and the Lord spoke to me. The presence of the Lord just filled my room right now. I never thought that during doing a workout 🏋🚴💪I will encounter the presence of the Lord. I've always said that exercise is good therapy, but it isn't a Wonderful Counselor! And I will hold onto that belief. I feel there is a lot of release in exercise, but if it becomes before the Lord, then we will miss the growth that we could have if we did not first lay our worries at the feet of Jesus. I think it has been about a month that I have been adding your videos to my workout routine. It is hard to get cardio in the winter when you live in Montana. Although I will often use upbeat Christian music for my strength training, I haven't really used the time to meditate on the words. I did this video a few weeks ago for the first time after a time of prayer where I asked God to refresh my heart. He spoke to me as I did this video, and then when I went to do my strength training, felt I should continue the deep worship I was feeling. So, I put on some of my favorite worship songs on blast! It didn't matter that they were not super upbeat... and I may have gotten distracted in counting my reps, but what a sweet, sweet time with my dear Savior! It is still true -- exercise is good therapy, but what a Wonderful Counselor we have!!
